Wayne County School District: K-2 iReady ELA/Math

ELA/Math: In this professional development session, led by Kami Henley, teachers will:

• Analyze iReady data to determine small group instructional priorities and plan differentiated instruction using iReady resources

• Navigate the iReady teacher Toolbox and use resources to create an instructional plan for an upcoming unit of instruction

• Explain what iReady Personalized Instruction is and how it complements teacher-led instruction to individualize support based on students’ strengths and instructional priorities

• (Math +) Build understanding of how the Try-Discuss-Connect Instructional Framework can be used to structure mathematical discourse and how best practices for mathematics instruction are carefully integrated into the framework
