"The Power of We" refers to the concept that collaboration and teamwork are more effective than individual effort, leading to greater success and positive outcomes. It emphasizes the importance of partnerships and shared goals in various contexts, from business and education to personal relationships and social movements. The Power of We: Collaboratively Planning Standards-Based Instruction and Assessments Effective teachers from within the district will model planning and teaching using Standards-Based Instruction and Assessments and utilizing the curriculum resources for their grades. Teachers will also learn to utilize students' assessment reports to utilize prescriptive instruction.
