From I 10-South on I 110 to Hwy. 90 (Beach Blvd)(go west) to St. Peters Street, North (Right) on St. Peters 2 blocks to Miller Street - Take right on Miller to Dukate Building (former Biloxi Annex) which is across from Biloxi Junior High School. Best parking area for this event is either in student parking off Irish Hill or behind the Biloxi Central Office Building.
