Mississippi Early Childhood Inclusion Center: Social-Emotional Credential

The credential is a 26-hour certificate program for daycare and preschool teachers and directors, including didactic training, learning activities, and on-site mentoring.    

The Social-Emotional Credential consists of 4 didactic training modules (12 clock hours) to include:  

·        Module 1: Social and Emotional Development 

·        Module 2: Nurturing and Responsive Relationships 

·        Module 3: High-Quality Supportive Environment 

·        Module 4: Targeted Social-Emotional Supports 

The required training modules will be held at: 

MECIC Resource and Referral Center 132 Mayfair Rd. Hattiesburg, MS 39402 

 Saturday, November 1st and January 10th^th, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
