Target Audience:
K-12 teachers and administrators.

From this module, participants will be able to…

  • Describe how the brain processes language
  • Apply the Simple View of Reading to student data
  • Examine the recommendations from the National Reading Panel related to each component of reading
  • Recognize the 5 instructional practices for teaching the 5 components of reading
